Nectre is not generally available yet. Features described on this site show what we are building and may change before or after launch.

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access, and early access may come with its own terms.

When you join the waitlist, we store your details with our service providers, including Google, as set out in our privacy policy.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• *Send spam, unlawful, or harmful content through our forms
• *Try to break, overload, or get unauthorised access to the site
• *Scrape or copy the site in bulk without our permission

The Nectre name, logo, design, and site content belong to Pelikai Limited. You can link to and share the site, but please don't reuse our branding or content as your own.

The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We provide the site "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that can't be excluded.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
